It’s simple—we bring the party to you. Once you book, we handle everything: all the supplies, setup, hands-on guidance, and cleanup, delivered right to your home, office, or backyard. You just pick your activity and gather your people, and we take care of the rest so you can relax and enjoy.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Central Texas and happily travel throughout the greater Austin area to bring our mobile events to you. Not sure if you’re in range? Just reach out with your location and we’ll let you know—a travel fee may apply for events outside our standard radius.
What's included in a mobile event?
Everything you need for a stress-free, creative gathering. Each event comes fully curated with all materials, professional setup, hands-on instruction, and complete cleanup. No venue to rent, no supplies to buy, no mess to deal with—we bring the whole experience and take it all with us when we go.
How many guests can I have?
Our events are flexible and can be tailored to groups of all sizes, from intimate get-togethers to larger celebrations. Pricing is based on your guest count, chosen activities, and location, so just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll build the perfect experience around your group.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and holidays. Have a last-minute celebration in mind? Reach out anyway—we’ll always do our best to make it happen.
